Sliced and steeped overnight, whole lemons impart a bright citrus flavour to our original Cahoots Lemon. Golden yellow sugar provides essential sweetness, while lemon zest oil adds a buttery accent. The result is an endlessly versatile syrup with as many uses as you can dream up. This is a 200 ml bottle. We carry all the Cahoots flavours: Classic; Chai; Hibiscus; Lavender; and Lemon.

Cahoots Cucumber Fizz

• 2 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 3/4 oz Cahoots Lemon
• Egg White
• Cucumber
• Club Soda

Muddle cucumber in an empty shaker, add all ingredients except for Club Soda and shake without ice to emulsify the egg. Add ice, shake vigorously, strain into a tall glass over ice. Top with Club Soda, garnish with a cucumber slice.

The Grapefruit Coupe

• 2 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz Cahoots Lemon
• 1oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
• 2" Sprig of Rosemary

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake with ice, strain into a chilled coup. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.
